By accessing this website or booking a rental with Lake Pepin Cruisers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lake Pepin Cruisers provides golf cart and/or recreational vehicle rentals for personal use in and around the Lake Pepin area.

3. Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old (or 21, if you prefer stricter terms)

  • A valid government-issued ID is required

  • A valid driver’s license may be required for operation
     

4. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability

  • Payment is required at the time of booking (or specify deposit terms)

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion
     

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] in advance may receive a full or partial refund

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded

  • Weather-related cancellations may be handled at our discretion
     

6. Rental Use & Responsibilities

By renting from Lake Pepin Cruisers, you agree:

  • To operate the vehicle safely and responsibly

  • Not to operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Not to allow unauthorized drivers

  • To follow all local laws and regulations

  • To return the vehicle in the same condition as received
     

7. Damage, Loss, & Liability

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during your rental period

  • Additional charges may apply for repairs, cleaning, or late returns

  • Lake Pepin Cruisers is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during use
     

8. Assumption of Risk

Use of rental equipment involves inherent risks. By renting, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Lake Pepin Cruisers harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages.

9. Late Returns

  • Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges

  • Continued failure to return equipment may result in further legal action
     

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the vehicle for illegal activities

  • Operate outside permitted areas

  • Overload beyond passenger limits

  • Modify or tamper with the equipment
     

11. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for informational purposes only

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
     

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms). We are not responsible for their policies or practices.
